I got great value for my money at this super cute motel. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right on Main Street.

The food for breakfast could be improved.

I had an exceptional stay here! The hotel staff was kind and accommodating, allowing me to park right in front of my cottage. The room was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed and bedding were amazing, and the remodeled bathroom was beautiful. I loved stepping out into the garden setting in the morning. The pool area looked like a country club, and the fountains scattered throughout the gorgeous grounds created a serene experience. The hotel's location close to downtown was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe. this hotel exceeded my expectations and set the bar high.

We had such a wonderful time staying at the Palm in Ashland. Our stay was for two nights and it was absolutely fantastic. The lush landscaping and tropical resort feel gave us the perfect getaway experience. The standard queen room was small but comfortable, and the modernized motor court with a touch of funkiness added a unique charm. The front desk personnel were kind and accommodating, and the exceptionally clean room with a remodeled bathroom was a delight. The beautiful garden setting and country club-like pool area were an added bonus. The suite with a vintage-style kitchen was perfect for our family, and the adorable colorful flowers and vine-covered trellises added to the charm. We only wish we could have stayed another night or two at this extraordinary hotel.

There was no fridge or minibar in the room, and no balcony as mentioned. the hotel staff was unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue.

I've stayed at this place multiple times and every unit has exceeded my high expectations. the Palm Cottages have beautifully landscaped grounds that create a tropical resort-like atmosphere. Despite being located on Main Street, the cottages offer a peaceful retreat. I stayed in a cozy standard queen room which was just what I needed. the property has been tastefully modernized from its original motor court design, giving it a unique and funky vibe. I wish I had more time to enjoy the lovely cottage and the lush surroundings.

I recently stayed at the Palm Cottages for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was impeccably clean and modern, with an amazing shower and plush towels. In addition, the grounds were absolutely stunning, with charming seating areas and an abundance of beautiful flowers, even in late October. The private rooms provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was also very nice, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the soap and lotion. The water pressure in the shower was great, and there was always plenty of hot water. The linens were soft and comfortable, and I loved that I had access to a complimentary movie. The room itself was cozy and warm, and I particularly enjoyed the ceiling fan and sky window.
