The hotel's warm and inviting lobby with a charming fireplace and cozy seating areas truly made me feel at home. The beautiful bougainvillea surrounding the pool and jacuzzi area added a lovely touch of nature, and the nearby mountain views were simply breathtaking. As a senior, I appreciated the hotel's location just a few paces from the shopper's paradise of Palm Canyon Drive, making it easy for me to explore the area at a leisurely pace.

I would have loved to see more lounging options by the pool for us seniors to relax comfortably.

The Palm Mountain Resort and Spa's location is unbeatable, with downtown attractions within walking distance. The private patio with mountain or pool courtyard views is a lovely addition. The spacious room, although not huge, was well-equipped with a fridge, sofa, and a large bed, offering a comfortable stay.

While the free WiFi was convenient, its speed was mediocre at best. An included breakfast option would have been a nice addition.

During my recent travel to Palm Springs, I had a quick and convenient stay at Palm Mountain Resort & Spa. Its proximity to Palm Springs, just 5 km away, made it an ideal transit stop for me. The on-site spa and salon provided a much-needed relaxation option after a long day of traveling. the full-service health and wellness center offered a great selection of stress-relieving treatments, adding a touch of luxury to my short stay.

I did experience some minor inconveniences during my stay. The rooms assigned to me, specifically numbers 109 and 110, felt colder and older compared to the previous stays.

The scene at the pool is hilarious and entertaining, with guests exuberantly enjoying themselves, reminiscent of a lively beach party. There was an energetic group doing synchronized swimming, while another group attempted daring cannonballs, creating a fun and carefree atmosphere.

Poolside ambiance can be lively.

At my first stay, the staff provided helpful local info. Every time, I find all I need: Wi-Fi, heated pool, massage, fitness center, 24-hour reception. Perfect for my city trips. I keep coming back for its convenience and comfort.

The rooms are kept clean and the staff is always welcoming and courteous. The beds are super comfy and the basic amenities are well taken care of. The price is also very reasonable for the location and overall value.

I recently stayed at Palm Mountain Resort & Spa for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The property itself was quiet and peaceful, and I particularly enjoyed the lovely pool and Jacuzzi. The free water provided by the hotel was a nice touch, and having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the semi-private patio added a nice touch to my stay. The lobby and grounds were well-maintained, and the staff was helpful. I would definitely stay again in a different room.

The resort offers a comfortable room with a lovely location. The pool area is nice and there is a convenient public area with a small shop and table games. It is a short walk to a wide and varied selection of eateries. The views of the surrounding mountains are spectacular and add to the overall experience.
