The Palms Casino Resort was a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and well-equipped with large screen TVs and a comfortable living room area. The view of the mountains and neighboring hotels from my room was stunning. The art program throughout the property added a unique touch, and the onsite dining options were superb.

The main pool area was closed during my visit, and the service at the reduced pool was lacking. there were some maintenance issues near the pool area, which was a bit of a disappointment.

I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit because it offers one of the most notable and unique contemporary, blue-chip and street art rarely displayed publicly in one setting and over 60,000 square feet of meeting and convention space. The Business Center is wired with the computers, faxes and printers I needed to get the job done, making it convenient for work-related tasks during my stay.

One service that I missed for my work was the slow response from the front desk in addressing a billing issue, which caused a slight inconvenience during my busy schedule.

The pool complex was lit, three bars, DJ spinning, and we partied hard. Also, we hit up the casino and caught a sick live show. It was epic, we didn't want to leave!

It would've been even more off the hook if there was a hot tub open at the property for some chill time after the wild nights.

Clean and renovated property with free parking, convenient coffee and food venues in basement, and quick housekeeping response time. Comfortable beds, professional staff, and helpful service. Great breakfast buffet with vast selection and tasty food. A suitable option for those seeking a quiet stay away from the city's bustle.

palms casino resort exceeded our expectations during our romantic trip to las vegas. from the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom. the pool and restaurant options were fantastic, adding to our overall enjoyable experience.

The hotel staff was great, serving us with a smile and a can-do attitude. The hotel's location in a different tower was perfect for a more relaxed atmosphere, yet still close to the action. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds.

No negative aspects to mention, all was ok.

the suite was incredibly spacious, with an enormous bathroom featuring a shower and separate bath. the bed and pull-out sofa bed were both surprisingly comfortable. From the friendly staff at the bell hop to the top-notch service at the spa, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. the variety of restaurants, ranging from affordable to upscale, was impressive. I also loved the on-site gym and spa, which provided a great experience for both myself and my daughter. the Palms Casino Resort exceeded my expectations in every way!

The staff was amazing, very friendly, and made us feel welcome. The selection of eateries was cool, with a wide variety to choose from. We also appreciated that the hotel and casino didn't have a strong ashtray smell. The hot water in the rooms was actually hot, which was a plus. The location was perfect, close enough to the main strip but far enough away to escape the madness of Las Vegas. The hotel had a relaxed feel with 4-star quality amenities. The brand new refurbished rooms made us feel like we were in a brand new hotel. The 24/7 café had great food at reasonable prices. a great value and would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at a hotel with a great location and plenty of dining options. The Laguna restaurant offered a tasty breakfast, while the Ivory tower had wonderful views of the strip. Our room was stylishly decorated and provided all the comforts we were hoping for. We especially appreciated the great bathroom and top-notch service.

The noise levels in some areas of the hotel could be improved to provide a more relaxing stay.

Clean room, comfy bed, no smoke smell, friendly staff. Spacious suite with huge bathroom. Bed and pull-out sofa were surprisingly comfortable. Good variety of restaurants. Amazing customer service from front desk, cocktail waitress, and Margarita who helped with player cards.

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The rooms were nice and we had a great view. The location was convenient and the staff treated us well.

Hotel breakfast could have been better, but overall it was a satisfying stay.
