great location, amazing dining options, beautiful atmosphere

The location is fantastic, right on the Strip, making it easy to explore everywhere. Rooms are spacious and the casino feels cleaner compared to others. check-in took a maddening two hours with only a few desks open, and the staff's attitude didn’t help; a manager was rude and dismissive. WiFi was a nightmare, often needing constant re-authentication. No fridge, coffee maker, or even water in the room felt disappointing. Hidden fees crept up on us too. Great theme and views, but the service and amenities need serious improvement.

The restaurant had delicious food and great service, truly a highlight of my stay.

The ambiance is fantastic, and the staff is outstanding. Check-in was a hassle due to a name mix-up, but DJ nights were amazing.

Being just steps away from the Strip, I was thrilled to find so many attractions within easy walking distance; the Bellagio fountains were just 350 meters away, and in less than a 5-minute walk, I could enjoy fine dining options like Gordon Ramsay's Steak and quirky cafes like Cabo Wabo Cantina, plus the hotel itself offered comfortable rooms to unwind after a long day of exploring; however, the prices for in-room dining could definitely use some improvement.

This resort had everything I needed for a perfect getaway! The pool was an absolute paradise, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. The spa treatments were divine, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

Had a really good experience. The room was spacious with great views, and it had all the amenities like coffee machine, fridge, and a flat-screen TV. The location is perfect, right by the Bellagio fountains. Loved the outdoor cafe and rooftop bar. Great spa facilities with a hot tub and massage options. Perfect place for people watching.

The room was spacious and clean, featuring two large windows that offered a beautiful view of the Bellagio and the Linq. It was impressively quiet; I only heard the occasional siren. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room cozy. the bathroom door squeaked loudly, which became annoying at night. I noticed only one towel per person, which felt inadequate. the cleanliness could be improved, as the first room had issues that required a change.

The pool was nice when it was open, and the staff was generally helpful. We had no issues with valet parking for our rental car.

My initial room fell short of expectations—dirty windows and a bathtub stain. Requests for assistance went unaddressed. The casino and bar were lacking in upkeep; drinks were exorbitantly priced. Parking was another hassle, with filthy surroundings. Beautiful decor and a great location do not excuse an overall lack of maintenance and organization. There's potential, but it needs urgent attention and improvement.
