Exceptional service and attention to detail.

The hotel and grounds were absolutely beautiful. I loved the clean and comfortable rooms with their larger flat screen TVs. The staff were courteous and attentive, from the cleaning staff to the shuttle drivers and the breakfast and dinner staff.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff here is incredible, from the attentive and sweet gentleman making made-to-order omelettes, to the friendly pool staff. I love that they have an adult-only pool, and the spa staff was also wonderful. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with stunning grounds and a beautiful golf course. The location is great, with easy access to the beach and a short drive to the off-site golf club. The hotel also offers beach chairs and sand toys, perfect for a day at the nearby beach. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, staff, and location are the best aspects of this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a nice suburb of San Diego. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, from the check-in staff to the cleaning staff, were all very friendly and helpful. The location, nestled in the hills with just a few kilometers from the beaches, provided breathtaking views. Plus, the breakfast options were delicious and varied.

The complementary champagne and chocolates upon arrival were a nice touch. the hotel's proximity to the beach and several restaurants made it a convenient location. the pool was a great size and temperature, perfect for lounging and enjoying a swim.

The hotel lacked any festive spirit during our New Year's stay. No decorations or music to get us in the holiday mood.

I had an incredible time at Park Hyatt. The room was spacious, clean, and met all my expectations for a 5-star hotel. The overall environment of the hotel was fantastic and relaxing. I truly felt like I was staying in a luxurious resort. The facilities, such as the beautiful tennis courts and game room, were perfect for entertaining my family. The pool area was stunning and provided a great place to unwind. Plus, the location of the hotel was ideal for visiting Legoland, the San Diego Zoo & Safari Park, and Sea World. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation experience.
