We wanted a simple, modestly priced place to stay for 1 night, with two couples and a baby. Our two bedroom cabin at Parker's Motel was perfect and the hotel kindly provided us with a crib for the baby. the rooms were big and comfortable, with good Wi-Fi and air conditioning. the kitchen was fully equipped, and we loved the convenience of being able to park our car close to the apartment and easily carry our suitcases inside. the location was fantastic, as it was just a 5-minute drive to the amazing Flume Gorge and within easy reach of the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Spacious rooms with comfy beds, new AC units. Convenient location near Franconia Ridge trail head. Clean pool, friendly staff. Nice balcony view.

The room was surprisingly spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including dishes and utensils. The bed was large and very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, with beautiful views of the surrounding nature and close proximity to all the local attractions and restaurants in Lincoln.

Room had kitchenette with microwave, fridge, and stove. Ample space for meal prep and drying gear. Quiet heating system. Arrived to a cozy room at bedtime. Extra blanket provided by friendly front desk staff.

I recently stayed at Parker's Motel for a weekend getaway with my family, and I can't say enough good things about it. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and with a safe environment. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our suite was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a cold refrigerator and a hot shower. The in-ground pool was a hit with my kids, adding even more fun to our stay. We will definitely be back!

As longer-term business travelers, we really appreciated the clean and simple rooms with comfortable beds and balconies offering stunning mountain views. The full-size tub with good water pressure and hot water was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and professional, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring both sides of the White Mountain range.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints.
