Friendly staff and a great location

The staff were super friendly and helpful, answering all our questions with a smile. It’s a historic building that’s close to downtown and some nice restaurants. the room was a bit noisy since the highway is so close, and it could really use a good clean-up.

the bed was way too soft which made it hard to sleep after a few nights.

The stay at this hotel was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was clean and the California shutters added a nice touch. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, informing us about their complimentary shuttle service which saved us money on transportation. The hotel's proximity to the Carrier Dome, where our event was taking place, was a convenient 15-minute walk. a great value for the area and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help and answer our questions. The hotel is in a great location, close to downtown and easily accessible to Syracuse campus. Additionally, the free parking was a bonus.

We loved the authentic NY City ambience and the well-maintained, older charm of the hotel. The staff was friendly and personable, and the clean, comfortable room had a beautiful bathroom with luxurious amenities. The beds were super comfortable and the AC could be adjusted to our liking. The hotel's convenient location near the University and highway made it easy for us to travel around. We also enjoyed the free parking and the nearby Taco place that the staff recommended. There were plenty of great restaurants and shops in downtown just a few minutes away. the hotel provided a pleasant and enjoyable experience for us as youngsters.
