We had a very relaxing stay at this waterfront motel. The location was perfect, with easy access to a small boat ramp and within walking distance of a restaurant for lunch and dinner. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The affordable price was an added bonus. The motel also had amenities like a small fridge and microwave, allowing us to store and reheat leftovers. The coffee in the lobby was a great pick-me-up in the mornings, but we appreciated having the option to make our own in the room.

The bathroom design was a bit flawed, as the shower lacked a tub and only had a small retaining wall. This caused the water to overflow and flood the bathroom floor during showers.

The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The fresh scent was a pleasant surprise. Nancy at reception was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on her face. The swimming pool was also enjoyable. Staying at the motel was convenient for our dolphin swimming activity. Despite missing out on the Christmas dinner, we highly recommend this place. Thanks to Nancy for her hospitality!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, modern, and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The staff, especially Tracey at reception, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I loved watching the sunsets from the lovely quayside, where they provided benches for guests to sit and enjoy the view. The hotel's location by the shore was perfect for soaking in the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, there was a superb bar and restaurant just a short 3-minute walk away, offering delicious food and drinks.

The lady at the front desk was superb, providing a map and fantastic tips on where to go. The room was clean with comfy beds, a mini fridge, microwave, and all the toiletries needed in the shower. Additionally, the location was convenient, right on the main street and just a short distance from Marathon and Leyton.

Nice pool, planning our next vacation here. Lovely, clean room with friendly reception. Great location for exploring the area. Comfortable pull-out bed, residences at the back give a homely feeling. Peaceful place to sleep. Would stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like a refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel had ample parking for trailers, which was convenient for guests bringing their own boats.- The hotel had its own boat ramp and a protected boat harbor, making it easy to access both the Gulf and the Atlantic.

The room was not serviced daily and we had to take care of our own trash and towels. The bathroom was not well-maintained, with a clogged sink and a loose door handle.

We stayed at Sun Outdoors for a few nights during our trip down the Keys. The location was perfect, right in the middle, making it easy to explore. Our room was spacious and spotless, comfortably accommodating our family of five. The RV park staff and residents were warm and friendly, making us feel welcome. The Gulf of Mexico sunset at the park's end was absolutely breathtaking.

Spacious Waterfront RV Site: Our waterfront RV site was like a slice of paradise! The view was absolutely stunning, with the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico right in front of us. It felt like having our own private oasis, complete with full hookups and the convenience of 30- or 50-amp electric. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, and we couldn't get enough of the gorgeous scenery.

I recently stayed at a motel in Marathon and had a great experience. The room was spacious, well decorated, and super clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the staff was super nice. I arrived late, but they had the room ready with the A/C on, allowing me to relax after a long day of driving. The motel had excellent facilities, including a climatized pool and a perfect ocean view for watching the sunset. it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely go back.

We loved the spacious room, beautiful grounds, and fishing pier. The pool was always clean and sparkling. The staff was fantastic and the resort had recently been renovated. A great choice for a quiet and relaxing weekend by the sea.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room was huge for the price with a full kitchen, couch , and ample floor space. It was clean and had plenty of bright natural light. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, providing easy instructions for check-in and offering great recommendations for restaurants. The pool area was lovely, and the hotel is conveniently located near the sea and close to restaurants and attractions. It's a perfect spot to explore this beautiful city and the nearby Sombrero Beach.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Friendly staff, clean room with spacious layout and comfortable bed. Pet-friendly accommodations available. Convenient location for a one-hour ride to Key West. Impressed by the cleanliness and well-kept property. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, parking, outdoor pool, laundry, flat-screen TV, and fishing. Appreciated the presence of a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot in the room. Will definitely return!
