Quaint, historic charm with a sense of history. Loved the old world atmosphere and the hotel's location on Main Street. The elevator was unique and the restaurant had interesting old-time pictures. Despite a small room, it was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel. The historical elements that Penn Wells preserves are truly beautiful and add a unique touch to the overall experience. From the lovely lobby to the well-decorated patio area, every corner of the hotel exudes a sense of history and charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Additionally, the on-site restaurant was able to accommodate the large number of guests and the food served was delicious. We also appreciated the ample parking available on the grounds. The local community surrounding the hotel offers pleasant surprises, with various local events and unique businesses like a local game shop and bookstores. This made our outings in the region even more enjoyable.

The bed in the hotel was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The room was also very clean, which was a big plus. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy all the local attractions.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was a bit disappointing. While it was included in the stay, the options were limited to cereal, small muffins, and coffee.

I had a wonderful stay at the Penn Wells Hotel. The first floor exuded old charm and had a beautiful atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant were delicious, and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect, as I was able to easily visit all the nearby tourist attractions. The hotel's proximity to Williamsport was an added bonus. The Lodge, where the pool, sauna, and exercise facilities were located, was excellent and extremely comfortable. I loved the old-timey feel of the hotel and its convenient location.

I had a delightful meal in the lounge bar at Penn Wells. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and cooked to perfection. The casual and cozy atmosphere with a roaring fire made it even more enjoyable. The selection of beers added to the experience. Despite the slight wait due to it being a busy Saturday night, it was well worth it. The entrance foyer was interesting with another inviting fire. Although I didn't stay overnight, I highly recommend checking out the Warehouse Theatre on Main Street. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in need of renovations, but despite this, my experience at Penn Wells was wonderful. The bed was small, but surprisingly comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the Sunday brunch, included in the room cost. It was the best Sunday brunch I've ever had! The live music, performed by three talented musicians, created the perfect ambiance. The food variety and quality were top-notch, especially the biscuits and gravy which were delicious. The lobby's fireplace and seating area provided a relaxing atmosphere, and we spent hours simply enjoying the fire.

The nostalgic atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic, with beautiful wood, marble, and a large fireplace in the lobby. The staff was friendly and professional, and the location right on Main Street was convenient. Enjoyed a great conversation with Dave the evening manager about the hotel's history.
