The inn I stayed at was absolutely charming. the historic property was beautifully maintained and had a cozy and inviting atmosphere. One of the best aspects was the gorgeous 8-acre grounds, which included stunning gardens. the stone fireplaces were truly magnificent and added to the overall charm of the place. Additionally, I appreciated that the inn was pet-friendly, as I was able to bring my beloved dog along for the trip.

I had an amazing stay at this charming inn. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The inn is nestled on a beautiful property with stunning gardens and historic buildings dating back to the 1700s. The stone fireplaces in the common areas were absolutely magnificent and added to the cozy atmosphere. My room, the Iris room, had a private entrance directly to the garden, which was so convenient. The cleanliness of the entire property, including the room, was impeccable. I also loved the fresh flowers in my room and the tasty tidbits provided before bedtime. The location of the inn was incredibly convenient, with easy access to popular tourist spots such as Longwood Gardens and the Brandywine Battlefield. There were also numerous excellent restaurants and charming little towns nearby for exploration. The breakfasts served at the inn were outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make me feel like a valued guest.

The inn was undergoing renovations during our stay, which affected the overall appearance and atmosphere. the rooms were messy and disorganized, and the furniture was not comfortable.

The most comfortable wonderful place to stay

This hotel, formerly known as Pennsbury Inn, has been revamped and renamed as Wild Wisteria BnB. Under the new management of Cindy and her husband, the place has been beautifully restored and modernized. The interior has a charming and unique design, and the spacious gardens provide a lovely ambiance. The parking facilities are ample, which is always a plus. Each of the 6 bedrooms has its own individual theme and décor, adding to the overall character of the hotel. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-appointed with large soft towels. Cindy's made-to-order breakfasts are absolutely delicious, and the coffee made by her son Benji is top-notch.

There was one minor issue during my stay which could be improved upon.

We had a delightful weekend getaway at this charming B&B near Longwood Gardens. The innkeepers, Cindy and her husband, have done a fantastic job restoring the historic property and adding their own quirky touches. The lavender room we stayed in was cozy and full of character, with a comfortable bed that we absolutely loved. The breakfast, prepared by their talented son, was delicious. Despite some ongoing renovations, the passion and love poured into this treasure is evident. We can't wait to return and maybe even attend a murder mystery weekend. highly recommended.
