As old people, we really appreciated the ability to have a non-smoking room. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was comfortable and clean. The price was very affordable compared to nearby chain hotels.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I stayed in the Tuscany Tower Double King Suite and it was amazing! The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. The staff was friendly. I loved the convenience of being able to rent a car through Enterprise at the casino. my stay at Peppermill was fantastic and definitely worth it.

The hotel offered us complimentary chocolate eggs, which was a nice Easter touch. the room we stayed in had a great view of the water, and we were only a short distance from several local restaurants. we loved the fact that the hotel had a hot tub.

The shower in our room did not work properly and we had to wait for an engineer to come and fix it. the front desk staff were not very accommodating and we were unable to switch rooms.

Beds like clouds. Food and drinks superb, slightly expensive. Plenty of activities to do. Rooms incredibly silent, and facility clean. Staff friendly, rooms tidy, great atmosphere.

We had a great experience staying at this resort with our two kids. The location was convenient for us as we were close to everything. The room was super clean, and there was no smoke smell that usually lingers around casinos. The staff were also helpful, letting us know about some local attractions nearby and recommending the Chi restaurant. Our room was comfortable and had a great view of the pool construction. The addition of the refrigerator was a nice touch, and the toiletries provided were great.

The hotel was a bit spread out, which made it challenging to find our room at first, and the trek to the casino and restaurants was lengthy.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay. the exclusive amenities such as the spa and private facilities made our experience unforgettable. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a wide range of delicious food and drinks.

Although the staff was polite and attentive to our needs, there were times when they took a bit longer to respond to our requests.
