We loved our stay at this charming colonial house. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The friendly host made us feel right at home and served a delicious breakfast each morning. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the metro and nearby attractions like Jamaica Pond and the arboretum. We also enjoyed engaging conversations with other guests during breakfast, adding an extra touch of community to our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near train stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. It's situated in a lovely neighbourhood with charming streets and shops. Our room had a comfortable bed and pleasant view of the area. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delightful and we enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee.

The shared bathroom situation was not ideal and made us feel uncomfortable at times.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, close to a few good restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing.

No TV in room. Spacious with renovated bathroom. Myers soap & lotion, organic shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast in common room with organic spreads, hot plates of eggs, sausages, and waffles. Morning paper available. Stayed 2 nights with well-behaved 3-yr-old. Would stay again.

Loved this charming inn for Easter weekend! The room was cozy and the bed was super comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning. The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and a bus stop right around the corner. The antique furniture and stained glass added a special touch to the overall ambiance.

There were a few minor issues. The shower was a bit tricky to manage, and the staff could have been friendlier.

We were pleasantly surprised by the fabulousness of our stay at Perkins Inn. The artsy area and hidden gem mansion provided a unique and charming experience. The price was extremely fair, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely. The character of the place, furnished with interesting antiques and art, truly made it special. Host Christine was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The overall hospitality was great.
