The only drawback was that there was no assistance with carrying luggage up the front stairs. It would have been helpful to have someone available to help with that.

Free 24-hour coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, and soft drinks were a class act. Friendly staff always ready to make your stay more comfortable. Planning my third visit already.

The staff is professional, kind, and extremely helpful, even arranging special surprises for our honeymoon.
