We got great value for our money at Phoenix Inn Suites. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient with a nearby restaurant and close to the university. The staff was incredibly friendly and even helped us carry our things to the room.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more flavorful options.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near University of Oregon and the bike paths around the river. The hotel also provided free parking and WiFi, along with a delicious breakfast. The staff at Phoenix Inn Suites - Eugene were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Felt like VIP guests, no reason to complain.

I had a fantastic stay at Phoenix Inn Suites. The hotel was welcoming and had fresh coffee available in the lobby, which was a great way to start my day. The rooms were clean and the workers were kind and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the wifi was strong. The location was also quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
