We stayed in Lahaina for 2 nights and chose this hotel based on its central location. The staff was fantastic, the rooms were comfortable with a historic vibe, and the grounds were beautiful. Our interior room overlooking the courtyard was surprisingly quiet and had great amenities like a dining table and marble tile in the shower. With such a great price, we could have stayed for a month!

We had a fantastic time in Maui, staying at this cute and convenient hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything. We enjoyed watching football at Spankys, Captain Jacks, and Lahaina Sports Bar, all within walking distance. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and bartenders were friendly and helpful. The free parking was a bonus, and we loved the parrot Alex. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Maui.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of Lahaina. The location was perfect, right across from the harbor and all the excursion amenities. Being on the ocean side, I enjoyed stunning views throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff was friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by the charming historical ambiance of our stay. The French toast at the adjacent Pioneer Restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the outdoor seating was perfect for our family. We also enjoyed observing the fishermen delivering fresh catches for the menu. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable experience.

Small, clean room with great veranda overlooking main square. Shops, restaurants within walking distance. Phenomenal front desk staff - Kylie and Mark were welcoming and helpful. Great way to spend last night in Maui.

Great spot, charming old hotel. Check, in was a breeze, staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms are small and dated but clean and charming. the hotel provided coupons for a discount breakfast at their restaurant and went out of their way to accommodate us at every turn. They even had a room full of books left behind that we could grab and exchange with our own books. the location was perfect, with a street/ocean view. a pleasant surprise.

On the negative side, the hotel is an older property with no elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs. the hallways were hot and there were in, wall air conditioners.

Best Western Pioneer Inn is an excellent property with a prime downtown location. Just across the street, you'll find a variety of food, shopping, and drinks. The rooms, though smallish, are clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the nice rocking chairs on the Lanai. The pool area was decent, and the free parking was a bonus. Additionally, the staff was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and location.

had a great stay at a charming hotel in downtown lahaina, best western really impressed us this time on our honeymoon. loved the huge balcony, friendly staff, and beautiful courtyard. saying hello to alex was a delight.

My wife and I had a great experience staying at the charming hotel. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Lahaina, allowing us to easily explore the shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the harbor from our lanai and the clean room with a fan and air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The updated bathroom was a nice touch. We also appreciated the pool area, which, despite being small, was often quiet with only a few other guests. Additionally, the hotel's interior courtyard with its lovely flowers added to the overall charm of the place.

Perfect location for shopping, dining, and tours. Enjoyed the refreshing pool and friendly staff. Loved the balcony with rockers.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, right on the harbor in the center of town. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions in Lahaina. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with good amenities like a refrigerator and an outdoor terrace with rocking chairs. I even had an extra Murphy bed in my room, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast included in the stay was a bonus and a great way to start the day.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rocking chairs on the balcony provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. The breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was grandios and delicious. The hotel's location just in front of the Lahaina Harbor made it convenient for boat trips and exploring this city. Additionally, being next door to the historical Banyan Tree added to the charm of the hotel.
