Clean rooms, cool lobby and outside courtyard. Located right on the Main Street, close to the beach. The hotel is very old so it was neat to stay in such an old building. Comfy bed and clean bathroom.

Pismo as a town was a little rougher than I'd expected. The hotel itself was fine but even in the touristy areas it seemed a little bit rough.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was right in the heart of the town, just a block away from the pier and the beach. We loved being able to walk everywhere and the abundance of restaurants and shops around us was a real treat. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the room was comfortable and clean, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel didn't allow pets, as we have allergies.

That the communal areas of the hotel felt a bit outdated. Some may call it traditional, but it could definitely use some modernization.

The value for the price was great, and the room exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I had an amazing stay at a charming hotel next to the beach. The old-world charm was enchanting, with a unique elevator and a cozy fireplace in the room. I had booked a mountain view, but was pleasantly surprised to also have a partial ocean view. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, with a selection of muffins, yogurt, granola, fruit, and hot beverages available. The location was terrific, and the hotel had a lot of atmosphere, with a gas heater reminiscent of an old-fashioned wood stove. The staff also went out of their way to ensure a quiet room during nearby construction.

The Pismo Hotel's location was perfect for our Wedding weekend. Easy access to venues and parking. The boutique hotel had charming decor and excellent staff, especially Tammy and Camille. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was spacious.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a great location near the beach. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a refrigerator and a king-sized bed. I loved the fact that the windows fully opened, allowing a refreshing ocean breeze to fill the room. The hotel had a lovely lobby that had a nostalgic feel to it, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and informative. I also enjoyed spending time on the patio, relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee. The hotel's proximity to the pier and beach was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the shops and attractions.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything. It is conveniently situated on Pomeroy, close to the beach and shopping. The old-fashioned elevator adds a charming touch, and the rooms are nice. Although there is no A/C, the weather during my stay wasn't hot enough to require it. Opening the window and using the fan worked just fine. The private parking spaces and relaxing patio area outside are definite bonuses. I also had the pleasure of interacting with one of the friendly front desk ladies, who was exceptionally nice.

We had never been to Pismo before, but the hotel's central location was perfect. We could walk to everything or take a short drive. The room was comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. The beach was just a 5-minute walk away and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel also provided parking and a continental breakfast, which was a convenient bonus. our stay was enjoyable and the location was great.

The hotel was always super clean and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The staff was jaw-droppingly amazing, leaving our key with the friendly night security when we arrived late and handling a parking ticket snafu with professionalism. The breakfast was okay, but the loud TV was a bit of a bummer. The deluxe King room was huge and wonderful, making me feel like a rockstar right in the heart of downtown. The reasonable price and private parking lot were major pluses, and being just a couple of blocks from the pier and beach was fantastic. a super satisfying stay!
