The hotel is equipped with brand new facilities and offers spacious, comfortable rooms with a cozy bed. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating, readily addressing and resolving any issues that arise. The upgraded room was pristine, with a fantastic shower and fresh linens provided upon request. Additionally, the property boasts a clean atmosphere and a convenient location for a weekend trip, making it ideal for short stays.

There were some concerns regarding cleanliness in certain areas, such as finding a dirty bath towel in the tub.

The room was spacious with brand new amenities, including a fantastic shower. the property was in a prime location, close to key attractions and easy to navigate. the staff were great, always attentive and provided excellent customer service.

We did notice an odor in the initial room we were given, despite requesting a non-smoking room. We addressed this with management and were moved to a more upgraded and cleaner room.

The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean and had a pleasant smell, just as we had requested for a non-smoking room. The shower was fantastic, providing a refreshing and relaxing experience. We were also impressed with the modern furnishings and amenities in the room. Despite a small issue with the key card, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, swiftly resolving the problem. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Platinum Inn And Suites.
