The employee Hannah was helpful, moved us to better tower rooms after key, bed, and phone issues. Room was comfortable and roomy, with a great bed and nice shower. The host was busy but kept her cool and was nice. Thumbs up!

Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was centrally located and easy to find. I had a very good stay.
