We stayed in Room 210 at Plaza La Reina and it was perfect for our family of three. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed provided a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel is centrally located with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite a few minor issues like the kitchenette being opposite the bed and lacking knives, our overall experience was exceptional. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

We loved our experience at Plaza La Reina. The location was fantastic, with UCLA, Ronald Reagan Medical Center, and plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance in Westwood. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, complete with a convenient kitchenette and multiple seating areas. The underground parking structure added a sense of safety and security, and it was incredibly clean. The staff, particularly Troy, were amazing. Troy was the friendliest and most helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Located in a great area, this hotel is within walking distance to the Fowler Museum on the UCLA campus, a grocery store, and lots of dining options. The rooms are spacious and clean. Plus, the hotel has a secure parking garage.

The staff wasn't very friendly, and the shower didn't drain properly causing the bathroom to flood.

The hotel is gorgeous and comfortable. The Westwood neighborhood is filled with good eating spots and a Trader Joe's. The cool, windy weather kept us from enjoying the roof garden with its lounge chairs. Our suite was quiet with a surprisingly large living room appointed with comfy places to sit. The kitchen was just the right size; the coffee and decaf good, the bathroom large with a wonderful shower and I love all those little packets of lotions, razor, even toothbrush and toothpaste. Lots of storage areas and an easy to use washer/dryer. A call down to the concierge for anything was met with an immediate response. Parking is a breeze in their onsite garage. We came to LA to see art and were surprised that we were just a 25 min. walk to the Fowler on the UCLA campus. The Hammer is just across the street. We ate a marvelous dinner there after viewing the collection and special exhibit. Other destinations were easy by car; we expected heavy traffic during rush hour but our returns were light traffic.

One drawback we experienced was the delay in getting sheets for the sofa bed, which was frustrating after a long flight with tired kids. However, aside from this issue, we had a great stay.
