The key wristbands were a convenient and modern touch, making it easy to access my room. The beds were comfortable and the resort was impeccably clean. I especially enjoyed my time at the SPA, where the calming ambiance and rejuvenating pedicure by Inna left me feeling completely relaxed. The valet service provided by Chad was friendly and efficient, and the customer service from Peter at reception was exceptional, even with a deaf customer. The 1888 restaurant offered fantastic service, with a waitress who went above and beyond and even comped my breakfast. The housekeeping staff was also attentive and quick to fulfill any requests. I truly felt well taken care of during my stay at Plaza Resort & Spa.

We got great value for our money and the room was lovely. The location was perfect and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at The Plaza Resort & Spa for a beach getaway. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of parking available. The hotel had a refreshing smell throughout, especially in the lobby. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, from the valet area to the reception. The restaurant provided excellent customer service, even comping my breakfast. The spa was amazing, with a calming ambiance and a skilled specialist for my pedicure. The housekeeping staff were also attentive and prompt. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Cleanliness - The hotel was spotless, especially in the common areas. Hotel facilities - Everything was up to date and couldn't have been more perfect. Location - As close to the beach as you can get, with amazing views from the patio. Staff - The staff was pleasant during all my encounters.

the plaza resort & spa exceeded our expectations during our recent stay in daytona beach. the direct beach access and availability of beach towels made our beach day hassle-free. we enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the option to dine by the pool. the amenities, including beach bike rental, added to our entertainment options.

We stayed at a lovely hotel on the beach, perfect for a civil process training. The hotel was conveniently located right on the beach and provided very easy access. We enjoyed our direct ocean front room with a large balcony and beautiful views! The pool area was huge and staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking was not guaranteed and a bit of a hassle for guests.

It was convenient to have everything within walking distance. We enjoyed the amenities offered at the hotel, especially the pool and the views. It was a nice way to relax and enjoy our time there.

The rooms were not up to standard. They were stuffy and in need of renovations.

There was plenty to keep everyone occupied during the day, including a life size chess set, cornhole, ping pong, and basketball. The access to paddleboards, kayaks, boogie boards, and bicycles made our family beach day even more enjoyable. The hotel's location also provided opportunities for us to attend Daytona Bike Week, a race at Daytona International Speedway, and a music festival, making it perfect for families with diverse interests.

My wife says that it would be great to have more shaded areas near the pool for families with children.

The ocean view was beautiful and the beach access was so convenient. We didn't have any issues with noise, even during bike week. The valet service was prompt and polite. we enjoyed our stay at this beachfront resort.
