Room was spotless, shiny. Unbeatable price. Zzzz through breakfast, thanks to super comfy bed. Polite, friendly staff. Only hiccup: sole elevator was offline. Lug up 3 flights of stairs; tough for hubby, disabled.

From the moment I walked in and checked in with the front desk I was met with beautiful smiles & kindness. Our room was very nice, clean and everything worked great. The pool was wonderful. Terrific location. I was most pleased and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful in finding a place for dinner delivery. Plus, the price was a great value for the money.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel and in our room. The check-in staff was not friendly or helpful.

The hotel's location is on a dead end street, close to where the Basketball tournament was. It's in an industrial area with not much around, but it's a short walk to Broadway where there are some restaurants. The breakfast had a good selection. The room was adequate, but a few reviews mentioned cigarette burns on sheets and ant problems in the bathroom.

The quality of the hotel has changed since it was known as Best Western Plus.

The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and dinner during the Christmas holidays, which was a nice touch and saved us money on dining out. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to key attractions and shopping areas in the city. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and cozy atmosphere of the hotel, which added to the Christmas spirit.

The rooms had a strong smell of mold and dampness. We had to change rooms twice, but even the new rooms had the same issue.

I had a fantastic experience at this place! The rooms were spacious and clean with great amenities like a full-size refrigerator and stove. The shower had awesome water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was delicious with pancakes, scrambled eggs, and sausage. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bar was a great spot to relax.
