Despite the negative experience with the property management, I must say that the location of the hotel was one of the best aspects. Being right by the water and having easy access to the beach was fantastic. Additionally, the hotel provided some nice amenities, such as clean rooms and comfortable beds.

The lack of communication and unprofessionalism from the property management company was one of the worst aspects of my stay. When I had an issue with missing beach towels, it was extremely difficult to reach the owner, and the manager on the property was unhelpful.
