I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed. The location right next to the Drawbridge was perfect for walking downtown, with several restaurants in the area. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The location of this hotel was excellent, right near the drawbridge and within walking distance of downtown. It was so convenient to have everything within reach, including shops and restaurants. Plus, there was an Aveda salon right across the street, which was a great bonus for some pampering during my stay.

One downside of the hotel was the noise level, especially in the rooms facing the main road. the traffic noise was quite loud and made it difficult to enjoy the living room area.

Convenient Location

We stayed in a two-bedroom condo at Pointes North Inn and we loved the location. It was right in the heart of town, allowing us to walk to all the attractions and restaurants nearby. The condo was spacious and clean, with a nice screened-in porch where we enjoyed our breakfast. We were able to explore Charlevoix easily from this central location, and it was a great base for our trip.

Spent Christmas here and it was a fantastic experience! the rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the fully equipped kitchenette and large refrigerator were great for preparing our holiday meals. the location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We even walked to a nearby restaurant for a delicious Christmas dinner. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. the shower in our room was quite small, which made it a bit challenging to move around.
