Everyone loved the location, facilities, and futuristic toilets. Annie, the manager, was a breath of fresh air, providing excellent service. The room was conveniently located and close to the bus line, restaurants, and Waikiki beach. Annie was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area.

The Polynesian Residences had no problem accommodating our family of 6 with their spacious family suite. We loved the 4 queen beds and 2 bathrooms. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance. The staff members were always friendly and helpful. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the convenience of the kitchenette.

the location was perfect, right in the heart of Waikiki. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Carolyn who took care of our room. The free coffee and access to washer and dryer were great bonuses.

Location, location, location! The hotel was just a short walk away from the beautiful beach and surrounded by luxurious hotels. Plus, the price was very reasonable for such a prime spot. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always there to assist, even in emergencies.

There were a few downsides to my stay. there was a rather unpleasant smell in the room, possibly due to damp carpet that never fully dried.

The hotel has a nice swimming pool with hardly anyone there, making it peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a calm and pleasant stay in Waikiki.
