We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel! the manager was super friendly and really went out of his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the parking lot was busy, which is a testament to the popularity of this place. It's also a great deal considering how expensive the area can be. We also loved that we could get a parking permit for the beach, which was available at the reception upon request.

There were a couple of minor things that could be improved. the room was a bit dark and didn't have much ventilation.

I had an amazing stay! The staff was so friendly and helpful, giving me great information about the area. The hotel was really clean and my room was spacious. I loved the delicious breakfast that was included. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to Kennebunkport and downtown. And to top it off, the extra touches made me feel valued and appreciated, like the complimentary beverages in the lobby and the convenience of the trolley stop across the street.

We really got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, despite being on a busy route, it was surprisingly quiet in our room. The staff were friendly, helpful, and even provided us with useful information about local restaurants. We also appreciated the "Pet Friendly" policy, even though we didn't have any pets with us. The little touches like complimentary water, cider, tea, and coffee in the lobby were a nice bonus.

The only minor drawback was that the cream left for the in-room coffee had gone bad, but we informed the front desk about it and I'm sure they'll take care of it.

We loved our extended stay at Port Inn! The beautifully decorated rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect. We had a fantastic stay at Ascend Hotel in Kennebunk. the amenities were top-notch, with a spacious fridge, microwave, and a very comfortable bed and pillows. the in-room coffee and coffee maker were the best we've had, and the extra shelves in the vanity area were a nice touch. the location was perfect, in a quiet area just a short distance from town and Wells. the manager was friendly and it's clear that he's putting in a lot of effort to make this place a success. We even got a parking permit for the Kennebunkport beach from the reception, which was a great bonus. we highly recommend staying at the Port Inn.
