The location was amazing, just a block from the St. Charles Streetcar Line. The hotel was tucked away from major streets, making it quiet and peaceful. The convenient access to the French Quarter via the Streetcar made exploring easy. The comfortable bed and large stand-up shower were delightful. The balcony and secret passageway added a touch of charm and the locked gate made the courtyard feel safe. The hotel also had private parking and provided all the amenities we needed, including AC, a coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offering to order a taxi for us when we checked out.

I got great value for my money with a clean, comfortable, and spacious room at Prytania Oaks. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff, especially Emir at the reception, went above and beyond to make sure I had a room that I felt comfortable in.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the parade route and a streetcar stop, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Additionally, the parking facility was really convenient.

The climate control in the room didn't have a heat option, which made it cold at night despite the temperature setting. The free breakfast, although available, was served at another location within walking distance, which wasn't mentioned on the website.

For the price we paid, the value was exceptional. The room at Prytania Oaks was lovely, with a small balcony and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful, even when we accidentally locked ourselves out late at night. The bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water, and the hotel provided nice toiletries. Additionally, the continental breakfast was a nice touch. this hotel had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again.
