Our stay at Pueblo Bonito was excellent value for money. The room was exactly as advertised and the staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating. The hotel's cozy and quiet location made it convenient to explore nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping options. The water pressure in the shower was great and we will definitely be coming back.

The employees were amazing, always helpful and friendly. They gave great recommendations for attractions and even knew who we were whenever we saw them. The breakfast was delicious, with hot tamales and chicken green chili stew, along with fresh fruit and breads.

The continental breakfast in the morning was a nice touch and the homemade tamales were delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything within walking distance. We loved being able to explore the local attractions and restaurants without having to drive. the beautiful courtyard and exterior grounds provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Our room was not ideal. The bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had a great stay at this hotel with its perfect location right by everything I needed to start a cozy fire that lasted 3 hours here in the historic downtown district. The cleanliness of the room and courteous housekeeping service were very impressive. The staff offered a lot of good advice for dining and exploring, trying to help and behaving in a more hospitable manner. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed such as heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, flat-screen TV, and garden furniture. The breakfast was delicious and dining was very enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.
