One downside we experienced was that the entrance was inconvenient for wheelchair users.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel during our city trip. the decor was lovely and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby Auto Museums. the main lobby with the cozy fireplace added a nice touch to our check-in experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant atmosphere for our 54th wedding anniversary celebration. Additionally, we appreciated the variety of options available from the breakfast bar and would love to return in the summer to enjoy the front porches or outdoor pool.

On the downside, our reservation was mistakenly gone despite confirming it two weeks prior. Not only was the room we had reserved not available, but the alternative room we were given was located on the second floor and was not handicap accessible.
