The parking lot traffic was a real hassle!!! More options for hot breakfast would be fantastic!!! The carpets in the rooms need a serious steam cleaning!!! A complimentary bottle of water at check-in should be the norm!!!

Super friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

Upon arriving, I was shocked to find that the room I checked into was not only dated but also had visible crowbar marks on the door, giving me serious safety concerns! To make matters worse, the bathroom floor was covered in hair and hadn’t been cleaned, while the drawers were cluttered with random parts. I felt so uncomfortable that I barricaded the door, and when I contacted management, they showed no urgency in addressing my concerns.

During our recent visit to enjoy the attractions in the area, we found the accommodation to be conveniently located near the Grand Ole Opry and other live music venues. One highlight was the comfortable bed in our room, making it easy to relax after exploring. Though breakfast options could have included more hot items, we appreciated the coffee selection each morning.

Had a good time at this place! ! The breakfast was basic, but the staff were super friendly and always around to help. My TV didn’t work initially, and they thought it was my fault, but nah, it was broken. They tried to fix it right away, which was nice of them!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for what you get.

the quadruple room had great amenities like air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a flat-screen TV. nice feature was the microwave and fridge too. the spa facilities were a bonus! the location near Opryland made it super easy to enjoy local attractions. breakfast was basic but had scrambled eggs and waffles. would suggest earlier breakfast times!

Just a decent option for a weekend rest in Nashville with the best value for money ratio. The air conditioning unit was quite effective in keeping the room cool after a hot day out. Make sure to check the breakfast hours as they start pretty early!

The TV had issues, but the staff was prompt to assist and resolve it. Renovations were ongoing, which added an odd smell to the room that lingered despite efforts to air it out. Baked chocolate cakes were a delightful treat, elevating the otherwise basic breakfast experience.

Great location. just a stroll from live music spots and tourist attractions. The breakfast was solid and the housekeeping team was attentive too! They even provide a shuttle downtown, which is a nice touch.
