took a while to adjust to the right temperature. I really appreciated the warm welcome. Breakfast was good, though some options weren't super appealing. The proximity to Fort Leonard Wood made it a convenient choice for our family. Overall, a decent stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just off I-44, making it easy to navigate back to St Louis. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed and the staff always greet you with a smile. The housekeeping team is diligent and keeps the facilities clean.

One downside was the inconsistent hot water during peak hours.

The lack of working deadbolts on doors is concerning!!! Staff could be more present at the front desk instead of disappearing!!! Elevator access would streamline luggage handling immensely!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth after our long drive. The breakfast area was spacious, and it was great to have a place where family could gather comfortably. Our rooms were clean and cozy. The location was perfect for visiting Fort Leonard Wood.

However, the hotel could use some improvements, like better lighting and consistent housekeeping. Some of the door keys didn't work right, which became a bit of a hassle throughout our stay. Also, the pool area could benefit from more regular maintenance.

Oh, the pastries at breakfast were heavenly! Each bite was a new adventure. Plus, the housekeeping team was on point, ensuring we had everything we needed while the environment felt spotlessly clean. A real treat for the senses!

However, it was a bit of a giggle navigating a pool that seemed to be hiding its charming paint chips beneath murky water. And with rooms not always ready, some unwelcome slugs, and no lift for the second floor, it's a quirky experience.

the check-in was a breeze, but my room smelled like a petting zoo! mold in the ac unit? yes, please! and, imagine being told the pool was murky but no one even lifted a finger to fix it. i thought a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice after all that. not returning! so disapointing.

the bathroom was huge and gave me plenty of space. i had trouble with laundry due to out of order machines.

We stayed here with our big family and dogs. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and the staff was ready to help whenever we needed anything. It’s conveniently located near restaurants, making it easy for our group to have meals together.

My kids wished there were more fun activities at the hotel.

The staff were warm and eager to help, just like a contestant on a cooking show who magically grows a third arm to juggle those pans. Honestly, this will easily be my family’s go-to hotel when we’re in town again for future graduations!

The stay was pretty good overall. The staff were friendly, and I loved that they had a picnic area for the kids to hang out. Our room was clean and spacious, but there were a few crumbs left on the bedside table. Also, I did notice an extra charge for a razor that I didn’t use, which was kind of annoying.

I had an awesome stay at this hotel! The King Room, Non-Smoking was spotless, and the comfortable beds made my nights restful. The amazing breakfast options were the cherry on top of a fantastic stay.

Breakfast was well-stocked and attended to by a diligent staff member. However, experience was marred by the faint noise from adjoining rooms, which made it hard to relax completely.
