Breakfast area too small for weekend crowds.

So we stumbled upon this place, and boy am I glad we did! The bed was surprisingly comfortable and a nice surprise, we took a long nap after driving. And the staff, they genuinely cared! One lady at the front desk even helped us find a great dinner spot nearby when we were lost.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but compared to others in the area, it was still acceptable.

The hotel had a great location, close to major attractions, and the breakfast was adequate. However, the indoor pool was misleading, as it was not available despite being advertised. The staff was a mix of friendly and dismissive, which added some frustration to our stay. It’s a decent option for families seeking affordability, but be aware of potential miscommunication regarding amenities.

The location is fantastic, just a heartbeat away from all attractions. Our room was immaculate, and the beds were super comfy for a relaxing stay. The pool area was clean and inviting. Staff were friendly and eager to assist us, making our visit all the better. A hidden gem for a cozy getaway!

Clean room, comfortable beds, but loud housekeeping at 6 AM made mornings tough.

I had a pleasant time during my stay. The location was ideal, right near many attractions. The property was clean upon check-in, and housekeeping made sure I had enough towels. However, I was disappointed that I was turned away with my dog due to breed restrictions. My dog is a mix, and he didn't fit the criteria set by the front desk. It was frustrating to deal with.

The location was perfect for exploring Pigeon Forge , with shops and attractions just a short walk away. The bedding was inviting and I appreciated the friendly staff who were always there to help. The breakfast selection was satisfying, with a variety of choices.

However, the noise level from housekeeping in the mornings was disruptive , and the breakfast area felt a bit cramped during peak hours.

The King Room was nice and spacious, with a comfy bed and a cozy gas fireplace. The jacuzzi was a relaxing bonus after a long day out. I liked the layout, but I found it annoying that the bathroom light only worked with the noisy fan. Also, there were no outlets on the nightstands for charging devices. Still, the room was clean and had a fridge and microwave, which were super useful.
