The King room (#133) was a nice surprise with a cozy bed and an inviting gas fireplace. The included amenities like the refrigerator and microwave were convenient, and the Jacuzzi added a touch of relaxation after a long day.

The bathroom setup was a bit of a letdown. the light only worked with a noisy fan that you couldn't avoid. Additionally, the lack of outlets on the nightstands was inconvenient for charging devices, and that large window in the queen suite let in too much light at night. Lastly, be prepared for a trek across two lanes of busy traffic to reach Dollywood Lane from the hotel, rather misleading considering the name.

Recommend it for couples seeking a clean stay

So we stumbled upon this place, and boy am I glad we did! The bed was surprisingly comfortable and a nice surprise, we took a long nap after driving. And the staff, they genuinely cared! One lady at the front desk even helped us find a great dinner spot nearby when we were lost.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but compared to others in the area, it was still acceptable.

During my stay, I faced several frustrating issues. The water pressure in my room was almost nonexistent, which made bathing uncomfortable. Additionally, the housekeeping staff didn't clean my room properly on the second day, neglecting to empty the trash or make the beds as expected. I also found the breakfast options lacking, as there were no dairy-free selections available for those with dietary restrictions.

The location is fantastic, just a heartbeat away from all attractions. Our room was immaculate, and the beds were super comfy for a relaxing stay. The pool area was clean and inviting. Staff were friendly and eager to assist us, making our visit all the better. A hidden gem for a cozy getaway!

I had a pleasant time during my stay. The location was ideal, right near many attractions. The property was clean upon check-in, and housekeeping made sure I had enough towels. However, I was disappointed that I was turned away with my dog due to breed restrictions. My dog is a mix, and he didn't fit the criteria set by the front desk. It was frustrating to deal with.
