During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the exceptional staff. the rooms were tidy and warm, with comfortable beds and great pillows. the location was convenient, with a delicious dinner option at the Montana Club right next door. Additionally, the hotel went the extra mile to spread holiday cheer by leaving happy notes and providing holiday candy for guests.

There were a couple of drawbacks. the bed was quite firm, which may not be ideal for those who prefer a softer bed.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn for a couple of nights while visiting the area. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was incredibly friendly. The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean, with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioner worked great, and I was impressed with the fast and reliable WiFi throughout my stay. The room also had plenty of space and plug-ins for all of my devices. I appreciated the updated decor and the variety of breakfast options, including the delicious microwavable sausage biscuit. a fantastic experience!

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the comfortable beds and cable TV in our room. The handwritten note from the housekeeper added a personal touch. The hotel was quiet, with a lower floor room at the back. The offered soup was a great option after a long day of traveling. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options, including amazing coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a great location, with several restaurants within walking distance. the staff was exceptional and the hotel was clean, warm, and well-maintained even during the snowy winter season. I also appreciated the extra touches, like the happy notes left by the cleaning staff and the holiday candy given to guests over Christmas.

The bed was too firm for my liking, but the pillows were comfortable. the room size was a bit small for a King Suite, and I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub were undergoing renovations during my stay.
