The staff was exceptionally pleasant and professional. Keisha at the front desk had a beautiful attitude and lovely smile. The breakfast served was better than many places with higher rates. The room was comfortable and clean, and the price was reasonable.

Great customer service from Matt at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and left personalized notes in our room. The room was clean and the hotel provided complimentary water and snacks. Convenient location near stores and restaurants.

The nearby bar, BJ's brewhouse, offers delicious back ribs and great ales. The rooms are satisfactory for the price, with a somewhat noisy air conditioner that can aid in sleep. The breakfast includes biscuits, sausage, eggs, waffles, juice, and coffee. The staff is pleasant and professional, providing a warm welcome and attentive service in the dining room.

The hotel can be a bit crowded and noisy at times, especially during peak seasons.

The room was decent, and it was nice to have some complementary snacks. We liked that it was close to a lot of restaurants and bars, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. Overall it was a good value for the price.

The staff seemed to be more interested in socializing than helping guests. We were not happy with the quality of the breakfast, which had very few options, and there was no room service.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were incredibly affordable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location was perfect - it was near everything, so I had no complaints about convenience. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were great, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms for future FSU games. The breakfast, which was included in the lowest rate, was a delicious and convenient start to the day.

Everything was more than okay.
