Convenient first floor room. Friendly staff.

This hotel was a great find! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We even received a crib for our little one. The location was convenient with a Walmart and gas stations nearby. The room was spacious and had a comfortable king bed. The free breakfast was a nice touch.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the beautiful Summersville valley and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located and offers great value for money. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The rooms, especially the ones with king beds, were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a decent selection of items to choose from. Additionally, I was impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the clean workout room to the cozy sauna.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn for a cheer competition and it was a great experience. Despite our late arrival and early departure, the staff was still incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had no unwanted smells. My husband, who has allergies, had no issues sleeping here. The comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was amazing and the pool was beautiful. a fantastic stay.

Our recent stay at Quality Inn was great! The pool was warm and the breakfast had a good selection. Our door had a little trouble opening, but the staff was prompt in fixing it. I'd recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. We didn't encounter any unwanted smells and my husband, who has allergies, had no issues during our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful and comfortable pool. The location was perfect for us as it was conveniently close to Hwy 19 but we didn't experience any road noise. The staff, especially the very professional, helpful, and polite gent at the front desk, made us feel welcome and valued. Additionally, the bagged breakfast to go provided by the hotel was a great alternative to the usual breakfast setup and helped us start our day off right.

This hotel was in a great location for those on a long drive, with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The area also offered a variety of hiking options and breathtaking attractions nearby. The staff was polite and friendly, offering great service throughout our stay.

The room and bathroom were not well-maintained, with scratchy, uncomfortable sheets and a sour smell.

I couldn't have loved it more! After 15 years of visiting the South in October, this was the first time I felt truly valued as a customer. The Baymont is an amazing hotel. The front desk staff went above and beyond, treating me like I owned the place. The hotel had a relaxing and homey atmosphere, and everything was incredibly clean. Though I had to leave early and missed the breakfast, I'm sure it would have been fantastic. I will definitely stay here again and spread the word to my friends about this hidden gem.

Not one thing.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering the attention to detail and overall quality of the facility. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. The basic amenities, such as the small refrigerator in the room, added to our comfort and convenience. Additionally, the location of the hotel made it easy for us to explore the various activities and attractions in the area. We particularly enjoyed the gorgeous swimming pool area, which was a great spot to relax after a long day.

As backpackers, we loved the bagged breakfast to go, which made our mornings easier and more enjoyable. The clean and comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep.
