We had a great stay here with plenty of amenities on offer. The location is beautiful, with views of an underground lake only 11 minutes away. There's a small restaurant nearby that offers a 10% discount on meals, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with useful amenities like ironing facilities, tea/coffee making facilities, and refrigerators.

I recently stayed at a hotel just south of Knoxville and had a great experience at Quality Inn. The hotel was recently renovated and everything looked brand new and very clean. My room was quiet and comfortable, which was perfect for my knee surgery recovery. The front desk staff were accommodating when I requested a ground floor room. I was impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and helpfulness of the staff at Quality Inn.

Our family of four had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The rooms were meticulously clean, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. Breakfast was very satisfying with hot instant cereals, biscuits and gravy, and fresh fruit. The hotel's proximity to the Sweetwater flea market just off the I40 interstate was perfect. We enjoyed the location of the hotel, given its close location to the Dinner Bell restaurant for the buffet. Additionally, the hotel was right next to a small restaurant that offered 10% off meals that was perfect for our budget.

The hotel did not have an elevator, which was a bit of an inconvenience for those who cannot use stairs.

If you're looking for value for money, this hotel is perfect. It's in a gated area, close to excellent restaurants, and just a short drive away from the Lost Sea Caves. The service from the staff was impeccable, and the basic amenities in the rooms were all top-notch, including the hot tub with all the amenities, microwave, fridge. Best of all, breakfast was included.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The breakfast bag provided was much appreciated. What we loved the most was the convenient parking right in front of our room. It made it easy to bring in our luggage and access the hotel lobby. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. This was by far the best hotel for us and our dog during our journey between FL and MI.
