The starters were exceptional and cheese puffs appetizer was incredible. Modern decor and beautiful paintings show remarkable effort and care. Staff was particularly friendly and young, always eager to help. Ambience was amazing with a quirky pink and white theme. The comfortable beds, delicious coffee and great service made for an outstanding experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The hotel is located in a transitioning cool area, making it the perfect spot for exploring the thriving Arts District. The staff provided excellent service, from the moment we arrived to the time we checked out. The room amenities were top-notch, including the tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, and flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in rooms, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. Additionally, the terrace provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We found the front desk staff to be a bit lacking in hospitality experience and attire. However, this did not detract from the overall positive experience we had at this place.

Stayed at a unique boutique hotel in a renovated department store, with a pink-themed decor and friendly vibe. The food was quirky and delicious, and the rooftop bar had amazing views at night. a fun and memorable stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The decor and ambience were fantastic, creating a cool and artistic vibe. The staff, from the check-in to the valet, were excellent and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with extremely comfortable beds. We loved the hotel facilities, including the art gallery, restaurant, and gift shop. The location was perfect, in a transitioning cool area, labeled as the art district, and within walking distance to several nice restaurants.

This hotel is situated in a busy downtown area known as the art district, where there are several great restaurants. The location used to be a department store, and now the rooms have adequate amenities, with comfy beds and lovely views. The Maple & Pine restaurant on-site serves imaginative meals with artisanal ingredients, and the Coffee Bar serves delicious, European-style coffee.

It would be great if they can improve their breakfast service.

Loved the funky decor & the rooftop bar access is a plus. Also enjoyed the complimentary morning coffee & the preservation of local history/culture.

The overnight valet parking fee and the destination fee were unexpected expenses. the slow check-in process was a bit annoying.

We had a wonderful girls' weekend at Quirk! The hotel surpassed our expectations with its stunning decor and exceptional service. Our spacious room was equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, from a sound machine to a fully stocked mini bar. The valet parking was a convenient and hassle-free option. The location was perfect, with plenty of fabulous restaurants just a short walk away. We also loved the rooftop bar, although we didn't get a chance to visit this time. I highly recommend Quirk Hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Richmond.

The room was clean, comfortable, and updated. The rooftop bar was a great addition, and I loved the hotel's incorporation of its historical background. The cocktail from the bar was delicious and reasonably priced. The chef accommodated my late arrival with room service, which was much appreciated.
