I chose this hotel for attending a forum because it provides uniquely shaped meeting spaces named in honor of major, much-loved East Coast cities that perfectly suited my business needs. The staff was efficient and the location was convenient for both business and leisure, making my stay enjoyable and productive.

The one service that I missed for my work was a business center with more robust printing and scanning facilities to assist with my professional needs.

We had an amazing time exploring the vibrant entertainment scene in Downtown Cleveland, just a short walk from the hotel. The historic theaters at Playhouse Square were a highlight for our family, providing us with unforgettable live performances that captivated both the kids and adults. The city's sports offerings, including the rocking atmosphere at Progressive Stadium, allowed us to experience the pulsating energy of Cleveland's sports culture.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel could offer more family-friendly room configurations, such as interconnected rooms or larger family suites, to accommodate the needs of larger families like ours.

We caught an amazing live performance at one of the historic theaters, and the downtown scene was lit! Plus, being so close to the sports action was epic for us sports fanatics.

Wish there was a dope rooftop bar or lounge at the hotel for some chill vibes after our adventures.

The location of the hotel is superb, with popular attractions within walking distance. It is conveniently close to both the Q and Progressive Field, making it an ideal choice for sports enthusiasts. The staff is excellent, providing helpful and friendly service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of the hotel's facilities. it offers a great experience for both adults and children.

One area of improvement could be the understaffing, which could lead to delays and inconvenience for guests.

Attending a game at Progressive Field, Quicken Loans arena, and the Wolstein Center? Look no further! Hotel Indigo had the perfect location, within walking distance to all three venues. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and being able to control the room temperature was a plus. The clean and comfy beds, along with the included mini fridge and microwave, made our stay even better. The hotel was understanding when we had to shorten our stay and reimbursed us. Indigo, formerly Radisson, will be our go-to hotel in downtown Cleveland.

The noise levels in the room were quite disruptive. There was a constant loud noise outside our window that sounded like a compressor, which required us to use a white noise machine to drown it out.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel! The location could not have been more convenient, as we were able to walk to many downtown attractions. Just across the road from the stadium, we had easy access to sporting events and concerts. The area surrounding the hotel was vibrant and had a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. Plus, the hotel parking was much more affordable than special event parking.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Cleveland downtown! The location was perfect, as it was very close to Progressive Field and just down the street from the baseball field. It was also conveniently located near many concert venues, making it easy to catch a show. Plus, there was a brewery directly across the street, which was a great place to grab a drink. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at Indigo in Cleveland for a work trip to the Convention Center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even with my late check-in. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Convention Center, restaurants, and entertainment. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel offered great value with its clean, modern rooms. I also appreciated the added convenience of a microwave and mini fridge in the room, as well as the quick and adequate buffet breakfast. a great experience!

Felt safe and secure, no complaints.

This hotel is fantastic value for money! Its location just across the road from the stadium is unbeatable. You can easily walk anywhere downtown from here. The area is great too! The rooms are comfortable and come with two queen beds or two twin beds and even a tub. Basic amenities are all taken care of, and breakfast is included in the package.
