The convenient location and shuttle service added ease to my stay at Red Lion Hotel. Room service was prompt and delicious with a wide variety of options. I would recommend this hotel.

Located in a suburb of Baltimore, this hotel has a good location offering easy access to major sights. Close to local restaurants, diners can opt to visit the nearby Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts or Chipotle. The hotel is set amidst an industrial locality with not much around other than a gas station with convenience store. Guests have appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff's eagerness to help. The hotel also offers a great outdoor pool and excellent dining experience.

Although staff service is exceptional, some guests experienced rude behavior from waiters and restaurant managers, and maintenance issues with toilets.

Really nice hotel for the price. The hotel is situated in an industrial area, but it's easy to get around using your car. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they pay attention to detail, which is great. Rooms are well kept and clean, with nice basic amenities. Beds are comfortable, especially the ones with 2 queen beds. Platinum members get breakfast included, which is a great perk.

No negative aspects to report, everything was great.

Convenient location close to DC, friendly staff, and managers recognized return guest. Towed a large trailer with plenty of parking space in February. Clean and comfortable rooms with functional lighting. Comfortable bed and fluffy towels provided, with functional Wi-Fi. A hidden Italian restaurant within the vicinity of the car garage.

So, I spent my Christmas holidays at this hotel and though it was not the best experience. However, there were some positive aspects too. two complementary yummy cookies and hot chocolate were offered every evening to the guests. And secondly, the hotel was pretty close to a beautiful park, which was perfect for a winter walk. the lobby was beautifully decorated with Christmas elements, which gave a pleasant welcoming vibe.

The worst part was the room. It was dingy and cramped with dull ambiance and poor lighting.

As adventure travelers, we loved the clean and comfortable rooms with functioning lights and Wi-Fi for streaming Netflix. The large and fluffy towels were a pleasant surprise. The staff and housekeepers were outstanding and gave us a warm and professional welcome.

Felt completely content, no complaints.
