The staff knew all the local hotspots. The hotel is close to fancy shops and fashion boutiques. The modern decor created an upscale atmosphere.

gale made our walk in evening delightful! they exceeded our expectations, much better than our previous stay in chicago. the location is perfect and the cozy bed made us feel at home.

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate offsite because it provides various facilities including a restaurant, bar, terrace, gym, business center, meeting/conference room. The amenities were well-maintained and accessible, contributing to a productive and comfortable stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a print and copy service within the business center. It would have been convenient to have easy access to these facilities for any urgent document needs during my stay.

The hotel is well located, with large and comfortable rooms. It's quiet and safe, with a beautiful exterior. The suites are pretty and comfy, with a large TV and free WiFi. The staff is helpful and nice.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and great amenities like a kitchenette. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The prices are very reasonable, offering great value for money. this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a convenient and affordable stay in downtown Chicago.

The only downside was the limited food service. Although they have a good selection of Turkish coffee and excellent sandwiches, it would have been more convenient to have a restaurant with a variety of options, especially for breakfast.

I recently stayed at Gale in Chicago for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with easy access to popular shopping areas, great restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a spacious King Suite with a separate sitting area, complete with a bar, desk, and TV. The rooftop bar offers spectacular views of the city at night, and the staff's attentive service made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a tempting and delicious donut shop in the lobby area, a rare treat that we indulged in. The suite itself was extremely spacious and the inclusion of a microwave was a convenient touch. Gale offered great value for the size of the room and the amenities provided, and the customer service was exceptional.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent service from the friendly hotel staff. Guests can enjoy the cozy atmosphere and a range of facilities, including a well-designed study area and a whiskey bar on the top floor.

There was one inconvenience for some guests regarding the room temperature which was a bit chilly and not easy to control.

This hotel is superb! The staff were great and the rooms had everything we needed, with great amenities and comfortable beds. The location is perfect, within walking distance of most everything downtown and near the beautiful lake front. We loved that breakfast was included to save money.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of a beautiful area, close to the Millenium Park area and near the lakeshore. It provides easy access to all major attractions within the downtown core. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and good showers. there is a microwave and a kitchenette in the room. The hotel offers a quick bite breakfast option and a delightful rooftop bar. it offers great value for the price.

One negative aspect is that the rooms could use some carpet refurbishment or replacement.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a prime location near Michigan Avenue. the bed in our room was incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the city and the lake. the staff were kind and helpful, making our experience even better. the hotel also had great amenities like a nearby food and wine store, a well-equipped gym, and even loaner umbrellas. the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in a prime downtown location. Everything was within walking distance, including the beautiful lakefront and the Chicago subway. The staff, from the doorman to the receptionist, provided exceptional customer service and were always willing to help. The room itself was absolutely stunning, almost like a penthouse. It had a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a comfortable bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The amenities were top-notch, including two large televisions and free toiletries. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Gale provided a superb value for money with its huge rooms and helpful kitchenette. the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, making my stay even more enjoyable. the simple and elegant decor throughout the hotel added to the inviting atmosphere. the king suite I upgraded to felt just like home, with a comfortable bed and an inviting room. And let's not forget the awesome donuts they served in the morning!

I had a great value for my money at Gale. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for my group. The location was fantastic, right behind the Hancock Tower, and we were able to easily access everything we wanted to do. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety or options.
