Enjoyed the rooftop patio's sunsets and atmosphere.

Raintree's Sandcastle offers spacious accommodations, ideal for families, with well-equipped kitchens and stunning views of Birch Bay. However, some rooms may need updating and kitchen supplies could be more comprehensive. The location is convenient for beach access and nearby dining options, making it suitable for a short stay.

The kitchen in our apartment was well-stocked, but it would have been nice to

have more counter space for meal prep. We really enjoyed the evenings on the rooftop deck enjoying breathtaking sunsets over the bay, which were a lovely surprise. Overall, it was a comfortable and family-friendly place to unwind.

Cozy room, cozy space, with helpful staff always ready to assist and beach access just across the street for lovely morning walks along the shoreline.

We had an amazing time at this place. The morning walks on the beach were surreal, just us and the sound of birds where every sunrise felt like it was made for us, and yeah, they even left a lovely gift basket on our anniversary, just a sweet touch that made us feel right at home.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the experience and the comfort we got, it was more than acceptable.

this place was super comfy, our room was huge and felt like a 2 bed, 2 bath condo. the full kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed, and the balcony view of birch bay was spectacular! there was an outdoor heated pool and hot tub that looked great, even tho we didn't use them. the staff was friendly, and it felt really homey!

but the furniture seemed kinda outdated and dusty, and the tv was not smart so we couldn't connect our devices.

Enjoyable mornings were spent on the rooftop patio, soaking in the scenery. While the ceiling lights were on the dim side while cooking, the overall cleanliness of the space made for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff were always ready to help, adding to the pleasant atmosphere.

Loved the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and spacious condo vibes! The breathtaking views of Birch Bay were simply unforgettable.

Felt quite safe, no complaints

the kitchen lighting coulda used brighter bulbs, but the views from our unit were breathtaking, and the hot tub experience was awesome. the staff were super helpful, making our stay easy and enjoyable.

Amazing views of Birch Bay from our balcony, spacious bathroom with a full kitchen, and an awesome rooftop patio. The heated pool was a nice touch too! We enjoyed several lovely evenings enjoying fantastic views on the rooftop.

Felt completely happy, no reason to complain.
