The staff at Raintree's Sandcastle were super friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was great, right across from the beach, and the living area was perfect for us. The kitchen area was well-stocked, allowing us to cook meals when we didn't feel like going out. The hotel was also very clean, with staff regularly cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day. There were hand sanitizer dispensers conveniently placed throughout the building. a fantastic vacation spot.

I had such a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach with stunning views of the wooded valley. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Jeanne who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the amenities like the fully-equipped kitchen and the balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee. The hotel also had impressive facilities including a rooftop patio with breathtaking views, a heated swimming pool, and a hot tub. The service here was top-notch, and I felt like I was truly pampered during my stay.

We recently stayed at a hotel during Christmas and there were a few things we really enjoyed. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. Secondly, the hotel had a great location, close to the beach and within walking distance to various dining options. And lastly, we loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, especially during the Christmas season.

There were a couple of things that we didn't like about our stay. One of the main issues was the uncomfortable couch in our room.

They were helpful and accommodating, upgrading my room and addressing any issues promptly. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing me with a relaxing stay. the location of the hotel was convenient, with restaurants and the beach nearby.

There was an additional fee that I had to pay at check-in, which I found to be unexpected and not something I have encountered at other timeshares. This left a negative impression on me.

We highly recommend this resort to our family and friends for its reasonable price and great amenities.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right across the street from the beach. I loved being able to walk to the ocean in just a few minutes. The staff here is amazing, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with great ocean views from the patio.
