Staff at reception was friendly and very accommodating, making check-in and out a breeze! The room was tidy and well-equipped with useful amenities like a fridge and microwave.

Sadly, the breakfast lacked variety, and it was disappointing to find limited options. On top of that, I noticed significant noise disturbances from hallways that kept me awake.

The Ramada Hotel in Ashland-Catlettsburg provides a comfortable stay with a friendly staff and well-decorated lobby. However, noise from maintenance work in the morning was quite disruptive. I particularly appreciated the amazing breakfast and clean pool area, making it a great choice for families or a short getaway.

The staff were pretty rude, and the breakfast was low on options. Chur to the cleanliness of the room though, that was sweet as!

I was appalled at the state of my room. The jacuzzi was filthy and old, with cracks in the floor, and I couldn’t believe how unkempt it looked. After being switched to a second room, which was only marginally better, I felt completely robbed of my relaxation time, and I seriously questioned the hotel's maintenance and cleanliness standards. The sheer neglect made this experience unbearable.
