Great staff and decent breakfast

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, really made a difference. The breakfast had a good variety with scrambled eggs, bacon, and waffles. The gym was a nice perk too. Just wish the rooms were a bit cleaner and fresher, plus some maintenance issues were noticeable. Could use a little more attention to detail.

The hot tub jets didn't work and the stale cigarette smell was hard to ignore. The overall feel was more two-star than five-star, with construction chaos and outdated fixtures.

Enjoyed the daily free hot breakfast and the 24-hour indoor heated pool and hot tub. Also, loved the location near Mount Rainier National Park for outdoor activities. Parking available, which was nice.

Missing an ice machine on the 2nd floor, how convenient.

I always return for the warm hospitality and cozy rooms. The staff even helped with evening plans on my first stay. With Wi-Fi, fitness center, and on-site dining, it suits me perfectly. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are a bonus. I'm coming back for the weekend.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. It was a convenient drive to the airport and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel's location near the highway made it easy to access. The surroundings were quiet and the trees provided a nice setting with no traffic noise. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, pool, and all-day coffee. a well-kept and managed hotel that exceeded our expectations.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the Tumwater Falls Park, just a short drive away from the hotel. The serene trails and breathtaking waterfalls provided the perfect setting for a family walk, connecting us with nature in a unique and refreshing way. The convenient location near the Stottle Winery Tasting Room allowed my wife and I to sneak in a romantic wine tasting experience while the kids played at the hotel. It was a delightful addition to our family trip.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel could offer more kid-friendly activities.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were well outfitted with attention to detail, including a kitchenette. The staff was friendly and the location behind some fast food restaurants was convenient. The hot tub was a great way to unwind, especially with classic music in the background and overhead lighting. The breakfast was delicious, served on real plates with silverware, by a hard-working bunch of ladies who made up for the mediocre eggs.

The rooms were larger than expected with nice amenities, including a good sitting area and plenty of outlets. the housekeeping staff was great and kept the rooms clean and tidy. the complimentary breakfast had a decent variety of options. the location of the hotel was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The lack of availability of a cart or trolley to transport luggage, especially considering there was only one elevator bank and parking was not necessarily close to the entrance. It would have been helpful to have explicit instructions for the heating controls.
