This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a restaurant. I still remember how the staff helped me with a hot drink during my first stay. I highly recommend it! I'll be back for Christmas.

During my overnight stay, I appreciated the hotel's proximity to local attractions, especially Hagerstown City Park, which is just a short drive away. absolutely terrible stay! the carpet was stained and furnature old, it felt like i was in a time warp. not to mention the 'upgraded' chaise lounge instead of two chairs—such a thoughtful touch! oh, and i woudl ve appreciated a complimentary gesture after all the inconvenience, but clearly, that was too much to ask. such a shame!

The facility appears outdated, with filthy elevators and poor maintenance leading to a bad first impression!!! Refrigerators are unpractically located in bathrooms, and some amenities have been reported broken for extended periods!!! Consider enhancing cleanliness standards!!!

During my stay, I enjoyed the restaurant connected to the hotel. I tried the Maryland Crab Cake, which was good. I appreciated the discount for guests. The room had a fridge, which was helpful. I also found the breakfast buffet offered a range of options and was one of the best I had on my trip. As someone from Italy, I found the experience of American food refreshing.

The king bed was excellent, and the view from my room was fantastic. The shower pressure was perfect, making my stay quite pleasant.
