Fabulous hotel! The hot tub was my savior after a long drive, and the pool was just the right temperature—definitely not a popsicle! Plus, their ongoing renovations had me curious for what's next.

And let’s just say my Roku was having an existential crisis during my stay.

I recently stayed at Riverside Hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality of the staff. The comfortable room was clean and had charming decor, making it a delightful retreat. I especially enjoyed the warm pool, perfect for relaxing after a long journey.

Some areas need updating.

The atrium was a beautiful highlight, inviting us to relax. We loved that our dogs were welcome, and the walking path by the river was a delightful surprise for morning strolls.

While the carpet in our room showed signs of wear and tear, we managed to overlook that in favor of enjoying our stay. A bit of attention to detail would go a long way.

Absolutely disgusting! I walked into a dirty bathroom and was shocked that the AC didn't even work. After the endless wait, I expected a complimentary upgrade due to these unfortunate circumstances, but no! The staff seemed utterly unbothered. I almost considered writing a good review, but I just couldn’t with those horrid conditions. Woudl ve been a lovely stay otherwise.

Take advantage of the filtered bottle refilling station to stay hydrated during your travels, especially if you’re active along the nearby walking path.

the outside looked kinda run down (but dont let that fool you! ). the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially nicole at the front desk. the pool and spa were heated which was a nice treat after a long day!

I stayed for 2 nights in a double room with a private bathroom. The atrium was beautifully renovated and inviting. I loved the close access to the walking path along the river, perfect for taking my dogs. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the filtered bottle refilling station. Overall, I found this place beautiful and clean.

The carpets and dog-friendly rooms definitely need attention with stains!!! Slow check-in was disappointing. I had some Wi-Fi connectivity troubles!!! You'll need to be ready for outdated bathroom fixtures and awkward room layouts!!!

It is a charming hotel with lovely staff members who eagerly assist with any requests and a cozy pool area for relaxation.

Located conveniently off the interstate with beautifully done renovations, the double room featured charming double doors. Friendly staff promptly assisted when the TV had issues, and breakfast highlighted local organic products, adding a nice touch to the stay. A special mention goes to the atrium, which created a welcoming atmosphere perfect for relaxation, and the proximity to a scenic walking path along the river was ideal for dog owners.
