The hotel has a great location, easy to get on and off the freeway, and there are great restaurants close by. The view of the tranquil pond with its entertaining wildlife from the balcony is superb. The spacious rooms with comfortable beds and working AC, make for a great relaxed stay. The beautifully kept grounds with a good-sized pool provide a welcome escape.

The hotel staff needs to be more professional in handling requests and reservations.

The room was newly refurbished with modern amenities like USB ports and electrical outlets. The lighting built into the headboard was fantastic. I was able to work uninterrupted in a quiet room and take a nap without being disturbed by light. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, offering us freshly baked cookies. The continental breakfast had a lot of options, including healthy choices like hard-boiled eggs and yogurt. I would recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The pool area and clean rooms made our stay at Ramada enjoyable. Despite the nearby roads being a little loud, we found it to be a peaceful and relaxing stay. The breakfast could be improved, but overall I would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were not only spacious and clean but also equipped with a microwave and a small fridge, which came in handy. We were pleasantly surprised to find two sinks in our room, perfect for avoiding any restroom/sink/mirror disputes, especially when traveling with a group. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's garden was a highlight for us, just as beautiful as it appeared in the pictures.

We had a fantastic stay at Ramada. The friendly reception staff ensured a smooth check-in and our room was ready earlier than expected. We loved the ground floor room overlooking the lagoon and pool, especially when the ducks wandered by. The delicious chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon were a treat, and the pool was great for the kids. The high handle on the entrance gate provided extra safety. The automatic pancake machine at breakfast was a hit with my children, and the convenient location near the 101 made it easy to explore the area. The hotel's discount coupons were a bonus.
