The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure to accommodate our needs and went above and beyond to assist us. Additionally, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was also ideal, with easy access to the mall and other stores nearby.

There were some issues with the check-in process, as our rooms were not ready until later than the stated time. This caused some inconvenience, especially with young children.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near a shopping center. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices of other nearby hotels. The attention to detail was impressive, with a clean bedroom that had two queen beds and shabby carpet. The basic amenities were all provided, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location right across from the mall was convenient for picking up extra supplies for my trip.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the Thousand Islands area. We were able to easily visit smaller towns nearby. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The bed in our room was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Additionally, having a fridge and microwave in the room was a convenient amenity.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. The room could benefit from some updating, as the chair had tears and stains on the upholstery.

The attention to detail at this hotel is impressive, from the highly favored massage showerhead with excellent water pressure to the provided mini refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, electric iron, and ironing table in the rooms. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a cat-free room due to my severe allergy. Additionally, the location is excellent, right in the hub of shopping and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

The only area for improvement was breakfast, which finished earlier than expected.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is ideal for shopping at Salmon Run Mall and other stores, as well as for dining out. It made my stay very convenient.
