I had the most amazing stay at this B&B! The staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was to die for. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I loved the fact that there was free parking available. The location was perfect, as it was close to two "L" train stations and plenty of restaurants for evening dining.

This hotel is located in a wonderful neighborhood, making it a great value for money. The staff are incredibly attentive and the rooms have access to a large gorgeous balcony on the garden level. The bathroom was great and the breakfast was excellent, just as described in the reviews.

Everything was ok, nothing to complain about.

The common space was filled with interesting art and collections, making it a unique and inviting place to relax. Our room was like a sanctuary, with a lovely shower/jacuzzi tub and a heated bathroom floor. The staff even set up a pack n play for our baby, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast served by their excellent cook was simply amazing and made to order. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. The location of the B&B was also perfect, with a safe neighborhood that was centrally located and easily accessible. Ray's B&B provided us with a beautiful setting, great amenities, and outstanding hospitality.

Had an amazing Christmas experience at this bed and breakfast. the city location was super convenient, being close to public transportation and allowing easy access to all the holiday festivities. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. And the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Plus, the free parking was a huge bonus and saved us a lot of money. Would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Getaway

I recently enjoyed a four-night stay at Ray's and I was delighted by the hospitality with which I was blessed. From the minute I arrived until the morning I left, Ray and his staff did everything to make me feel welcome and at home. The thoughtfulness and care bestowed upon me were exceptional, from the fantastic breakfasts to the amenities provided in the bathroom. It was reassuring to be able to park my car in the garage and even have an opener provided for convenience. I also appreciated that I was able to bring my dog along with me. The charming neighborhood of Bucktown is filled with friendly people and it's just a short walk to the train station for easy access to downtown. I would highly recommend Ray's for a perfect getaway.

Located in a great area, this B&B is close to vibrant restaurant options in the evening, as well as conveniently placed nearby two "L" train stations. The rooms are well maintained and come with comfortable beds. The breakfast menu is extensive with cooked-to-order dishes such as pancakes, omelets and french toast, as well as continental breakfast options. Guests can enjoy common areas where they can spend quality time, including two patios and a rooftop garden where herbs and vegetables are grown.

Despite the comfortable rooms, some guests may find it inconvenient that there is no daily housekeeping service provided.

We had an amazing experience at Ray's B&B. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and the hospitality was incredible. The room in the attic with the large balcony was stunning and the breakfast cooked to order was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
