Spacious rooms and friendly vibe

Loved the big rooms and the great indoor/outdoor pools. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a difference. Convenient location close to food and shopping was a big plus too. Just wish the beds were a bit more comfy; felt kinda hard, like sleeping on the floor.

The outdoor pool and hot tub were closed during my stay. The key card locks were outdated and caused hassle getting into the rooms.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the spacious and clean rooms at this hotel. It was a relief to find a microwave and refrigerator in the room, making it convenient to store and heat up leftovers from our holiday meals. the location was also great, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. But the best part was definitely the friendly and polite staff. They always had a smile on their face and were ready to assist with anything we needed.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the rooms were in dire need of an update, especially the outdated decor.

This hotel provides excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The newly remodeled rooms are comfortable and spacious, offering options such as king beds or two double beds. I particularly enjoyed having a patio, which provided easy access to the pool. The location is convenient, with several other restaurants nearby and easy access to the interstate. Additionally, the hotel is situated close to many kid-friendly attractions, making it an ideal choice for family vacations.

This hotel was perfect for us! We stayed during a snowstorm and it was conveniently located near all the shops we needed to visit. Also, it was right next to the park, which was a nice surprise. The rooms were newly remodeled and ours had a lovely balcony with easy access to the pool. The staff were so nice and attentive to detail.

The hotel allowed me to check in early without any extra charges, which was a great convenience. Additionally, the staff was very responsive and even called me shortly after check-in to ensure my satisfaction. The location was ideal for me, as it was close to my business destination and easily accessible by car. Moreover, there were plenty of amenities nearby, including convenience stores, major stores, and a variety of restaurants. The hotel itself had a large facility with a bar, restaurant, billiard room, and a small video game room. The indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, and entertainment deck were perfect for relaxation. The comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, and tidy rooms further added to the overall positive experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic getaway. It was conveniently located near Hershey Park and other attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One aspect that we didn't enjoy was the outdated decor of the hotel. the furnishings and overall design felt a bit worn and could use some updating.

Our family recently stayed at Red Lion Hotel in Harrisburg for three nights. The hotel amenities were impressive, especially the on-site restaurant, game room, and indoor/outdoor pools with a Jacuzzi. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and eager to assist. We also loved having a patio outside our room that led directly to the outdoor pool and playground. The location was convenient, allowing us to explore without the chaos of downtown.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect, right off the highway and near the Hershey theater. It's so close to everything, including local restaurants. The staff members were incredibly nice and always had a smile on their faces. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we could ask for, including free Wi-Fi and a comfortable sitting area. The outdoor spaces were amazing, with two pools, a playground, and even an arcade. The restaurant had delicious food at reasonable prices. We also appreciated the convenience of the guest laundry. this venue exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to families.
