We had a great stay at this budget motel! The Red Roof Inn in Herkimer exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. Adam went above and beyond to resolve a reservation issue, and Rachel was attentive and helpful in the breakfast room. Despite the higher price, possibly due to a nearby event, we were satisfied with our stay. Whether you're visiting the Herkimer area or passing through on the NY Thruway, you won't be disappointed staying here.

The small gym was a nice addition too, with treadmills and other machines. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The lobby area was welcoming and comfortable, and we appreciated the availability of cold water and coffee 24 hours. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The cleanliness of both the room and the lobby was exceptional, showing the care and attention the staff and management put into maintaining the hotel.

The location was perfect and the spacious 1 bedroom suite with a double bed in the separate room and 2 doubles in the main room was ideal for our family of four. The room was clean and had a full-sized fridge and a sink/cupboard area. The included breakfast was delicious, offering coffee, tea, OJ, yogurt. The hotel also had a workout room and a pool, although we didn't use them. a wonderful experience with no complaints.
